Well it started along time ago when the lowest setting stopped working unless i was going like 40 and now its just the 2 highest setting working and then it still doesnt blow very hard not like my 95 s-10 blazer it'll blow you away...lol.

Well it's either the blower motor itself or the speed regulating resistors ....
