I have an 03 Quad Cab 4X4.
Whenever I make a right turn I get a "clunk" that appears to come from the pillar between the doors on the driver's side, but I am unable to isolate it.
Any ideas?

Sounds like a dead mother-in-law hung in the rear door pocket. Call the county coroner for inspection and removal if needed.
