Yes, the 5.2 and 5.9 use the same block and heads.

Yes, it will bolt up. I think you need a new flexplate, but this swap has been done countless times.

If you are speaking of the 360 Magnum (as opposed the 360 LA) you will need a flexplate that is balanced for the 360 Magnum.

I dont mean to but into your forum here but i have a 2001 cc 4.7 with a blown up motor and the motor like $5500 installed but i could build a hell of a 360 carbed motor with that but the thing im wanting to know is if the motor will bolt in and bolt up to the overdrive tranny i would really like to keep the overdrive tranny if at all possible
