I have 2001 and wanted to know if a body lift would void out the warranty. I want to go 2 inches.

I have a 2000 club cab 4x4, and I have a 3" body lift. It is made by Performance Accesories. NO, It will not void your warranty. Make sure you really know your stuff if you are going to attempt to install this kit yourself. I would suggest to have it installed by a reputable pro. Skip the 2" and get the 3" kit.

I just put my 3" PA Body Lift on and I am not what you would consider a reputable pro. It took about 8 hours and only requires a decent set of sockets, open end wrenches, and a jack.
Take your time and read the instructions and it should be no problem. I have pictures of mine done (mine is a quad cab though)

I put my 3" PA body lift on a couple of months ago and I am by no means mechanically inclined. It ended up taking me the better part of a weekend to do, but it is a lot better than paying several hundred to have a shop do it. It is fairly easy to do yourself, just read over the instructions a few times before you start.
As far as the warranty issue, it only voids it if the body lift or parts of the body lift directly cause the problem.
