O1 Dodge Dakota 4WD service 4WD light came on and then I had no 4 WD. Anyone know how I can get my 4WD back?

check the actuator that shifts the gear in the transfer case.. Its not very big... they normally where out if u dont use ur 4x4 much.. they say to at least put ur truck in 4x4 once a month
