Subject: sensor for cold air intake IP: Logged
Message: has anyone had any problems with any sensors being set off when they put cold air intake on their truck or all has gone well? im thinking of doing a k&n filter w/ cold air intake and was j/w if it would affect any of my sensors.
do you think i should buy or make a little heat shield for the intake as well?

Message: Alot of guys even move the IAT up into the fipk and plug the hole in the manifold. Do a search on IAT relocation for more info. It is supposed to improve performance by advancing the timing and adding a little more fuel. I didn't notice a huge improvement when I did it.
