Has anyone had a problem with the thermostat housing warping and letting coolant leak out?
Looks like they could have designed this piece a little better.

On the 4.7, it's plastic, how's it going to warp?
Did you line up the notch in the rubber o-ring gasket when you reinstalled it? It might be worth rechecking.

I know its plastic. You can actually see the warp.
Can't seem to find the part anywhere but the Dodge dealer.

Just sounds like the O-ring is not seated properly, there is a tab on it, and it needs to be in the groove for it to seat properly. If you knew that, OK, just trying to help.
