Any reputable performance parts shop worries about making good parts when they are in the one man business stage. The "gear" is when your business has some success and actually deserves to have your stuff on someones back. GSmotorsports doesnt look like they are promoting anything, it looks like they are trying to get more money than they already get from their overpriced shinny parts and other poser crap. If they want their t-shirts around to help out for promotion, great, send one for free when you drop $500 and a f'ing fuel rail!! From what I know of their business, they have a slow rate of delivery and support. Maybe they should build an office with that money and get a secretary in there answering CUSTOMERS phone calls. All i know is that a GOOD SOLID BUSINESS gets you way farther and much more promotion (word of mouth) than some t-shirt.

I've never had a problem with their support! They replied to my email in 3-4 hours. They answered the phone when I called at 8pm, they called me back a day before they said they would!!! They even told me where to get a better deal than they could give me! Do you need a $500 fuel rail? You probably are fine with the stock one! If you have the need for the fuel rail, I guess you'll be spending the $500!!!!! How do you know they don't include a shirt if you spend some bucks? I'm willing to bet if you bought a full true dual exhaust kit from them, you could easily talk them into a shirt. Maybe by saying "Hey how about a free shirt"!

Scott has always returned my emails propmtly. Although I'm currently having a delivery issue with my radiator, it's not Scotts fault. He relies on vendors to deliver in a timely fashion too. I even called up the radiator vendor myself to discuss the delivery issue and because I was NOT a dick about it, he threw in a billet piece free. Bottom line is GSM's vendors are even cool about things. Let's not forget that demand will affect delivery. However, bottom line is Scott has ALWAYS went to bat for me when I'd call and say "what's up". If you don't like their prices, parts or the fact they wont throw in a free t-shirt, then go elsewhere!

Guya has a point. Albeit a little askew. Word of mouth is much more important than apparel. For instance, Crutchfield. Having said that, I have only heard of one CS issue with GSMOTORSPORTS and based on the number of good things i've heard, i'd do business with them.
