Message: I am looking to repalce my original tires on my 03 dakota. I have 255/65/16 on there now. I want to go with the BFG AT T/A KO but the only size they make close to mine is 255/70/16 what would this do to the handling of the truck, speedometer problems or warranty problems. Any in put would be appreciated.

Message: Speed would read slightly lower but still close enough to be within limits. You won't notice any handling and it certainly wouldn't affect the warranty. There is some tire/speedo calc out there somewhere. I'm sure someone could get the link posted for you.

Message: Good advice from Snake, and a good choice of tire. I'll put 40,000 on those tires; then hand them down to my father in law for his truck to run for about as many miles again (I like good tread for plowing). That was with a lighter truck though, I don't expect them to last quite as long on the Dak.
