Can anyone tell me any tricks to removing the front rotors on 2000 4x4 dakota?I removed the calipers and beat on the rotors but they refuse to come off!

don't beat it too much (or you'll go blind...hehe)
try popping it with a rubber mallet from the rear. use a lug nut on one stud, twisted on only a few threads to keep it from flying off.
