Message: I have a 99 cc, auto trans and have removed my dash panel several times. I have to put my gear selector in low (engine off of course) so the lever is out of the way. Then I have to tilt the steering wheel all the way down. Then I just pull on the panel straight out towards the back seat. Go around the entire panel (about every foot or so) to pull out each clip. It's held in with little clips that just go back into the slot when re-installing the panel. Good luck!
