Hey guys I today i pulled out in front of a 350z and blew passed him, then when my truck hit its topspeed a 115 (i think) ,i slowed down and he pulled up next to me and waved and floored it by the time my trasmission down shifted he was 2 car lengths ahead and then i stayed the distance all the way for a mile i started to pull on him too. it was so sweet, thats with o/d off too.
All i have is a K&N FIPK a ported 50mm tb and a flowmaster muffler on my 2001 R/T CC.
Just thought i'd share that

The stock 350z does the 1/4 in about 14 seconds. top speed around 100mph. These numbers are relative, depends on the driver. The numbers I have seen are +/- .4 seconds on 1/4 and +/- 3mph.
A co-worker just purchased an infinity G35, he says it has slightly more hp and slightly faster clock times than the 350z though I haven't seen any numbers for it.

Wow! You must have a freakazoid when it comes to your R/T. A 350Z should whip ya pretty good especially at triple digit speeds. I really don't think you would have started to pull that Z car especially at those speeds.

Well i think it was because we were going slightly up hill and we were starting to slow down, but who knows it was still great.

Well.....I just test drove a few used Dakota's this weekend since I need a new 4WD to get me through the winter. The V-8 does have nice pull, but the reason I'm looking at the Dakota is because my daily is a 350z, and I would say the 350z would pull the dakota pretty easily.

0-60 in 5.3 and the 1/4 in 13.8

Perhaps if you dealt with your anger issues more effectivly and made your self clearer than there wouldn't be any confusion between the 350Z rice box and the Subaru rice box.
That being said with a blower the truck loses.

The infinity G35 does not have more hp than a Z. The sedan has 260 and the coupe 280. Nissan rates the Z at 287. Theres no way an R/T would run with any of these 3 cars anyway. My mom has a G35 sedan that runs a 14.8-14.7 and that should be good enough to beat an R/T albiet yours has some mods. (dotn worry im not hating on the R/T im just stating the facts)

my buddy just bought a g35 coupe and we raced numerous of times and we were always dead a$$ even. Right next to each other the whole time. I have a rc R/T and at the time I had tru duals, and intake. We did both jump on it at about 80 and he pulled me. He had a little more top end. But any normal street race situation, we were always real close.

yes i do have some mods and they are stated at the top of the post, but i understand if any one has problems with this it is hard to believe, but listen i never said i beat it or won, i just said i kept up with it.
