Message: The installation notes, say all cabs, including club cab.
Well I have a Quad cab, 2wd, and want to know if anyone here already has the Monroe Reflex on a Quad Cab, 2 WD.
Thanks,

Message: Got 'em on the front, glad I didn't spend the extra money for all four. Not impressed, ride is no better than the factory shocks when new.

Message: Mr. Rat,
I assume you have a quad? My new shocks were nice though. I looking for a nicer ride whith simple bumps on the road. I'm driving a Voyager we borrowed and over simple bumps, is smoother than my QC. Man, I really hate auto trannies!
I'm also going by what many others have posted with their experiences with the Reflex, by Monroe.

Message: I've installed them on the rear of my 03 4x4 QC, and unlike Lab Rat, think they made a significant improvement over the stock shocks. Rear wheel hop due to bumps in the road is gone, as is the "clunk" that accompanied the hop. I'm still waiting to get my front shocks to install them as well.

Message: installed them on the front of my '00 QC. my stock ones were gone when i bought the truck w/ 19,000 miles. the reflex's may be a little stiffer(i had nothing to compare them to as the stock shocks were leaking when i bought the truck), but i rather the much better control. the front end doesn't go wild over the bumps anymore. as i stated in another post on here"it rides like a truck should ride, not some mushy carlike ride". sorry for ramblin'.

Message: 2001 QC 4x4 with31 x 10.5 /15 tires on stock rims.
Running on 15 months now with reflex on all 4 corners.
No diff. in overall stiffness of the ride.
\Where I noticed the biggest diff. is over the bumpy potholed roads and on gravel roads. The shocks really soak up the "jiggles " well.
The rear end does not step out when cornering across a bump like it used to.
Also , I noticed less body roll on off ramps allowing for better confidence when you are going a bit too fast according to the suggested ramp speed. ( you know we all do it ).
To sum it up ..Glad I did the swap.
