 Subject: 99 dodge issues

I have a 99 dakota with lots of issues, ABS/brake speedometer lite on, U-joint issues, bed shakes, and now check engine lite on and possibly cylinder stuck, noise I am having is shakes and no power until I get to 45 MPH and after that runs fine but with a smell like something burning. Oil pressure is fine, trany is fine, all other gauges are working properly. I have already had water pump worked on and replaced. I have only had this truck for 9 months. Any suggestions on the problem?

ABS/brake/speedo -=- check sensor and wiring to it
top of centrepiece rear axle.
Shakes - check vacuum hoses including pcv valve
also - have you cleaned the Idle Air Control
( back of throttle body )
