Message: Check TPS voltage at closed and at wide open throttle. Turn ignition ON (not start) and probe with a voltmeter from center wire to ground. Minimum voltage at closed throttle is 0.2 volts, according to service manual. At wide open throttle, less than 4.0 volts. Typical numbers for stock setup would be closer to 0.4 volts at closed throttle, 3.8 volts at WOT. Also, sweep the throttle through its range and voltage should increase smoothly. Or check resistance with key off with an analog multimeter, so you can watch the meter's needle sweep smoothly. If there are glitches, replace TPS.
