 Subject: '03 shocks on an '04?

Will shocks for a 2003 dakota fit on a 2004? I am looking for Edelbrock Performer IAS shocks for my 2004 dakota and the only listing I can find is for a 2003. Did Dodge change the suspension between the 2 years?
