Message: I just recently discovered the AutoTap computer programmer for your PC to vehcile. From what I've read on their website, I can purchase their generic version of it and all I have to do is plug it into my OBD-II port and I can configure different settings for my engine. Has anyone used this product and if so how do you like it?

Message: it's just a code reader, it CANT change any parameters in the PCM.
I have dealt with autotap and was extremely disappointed with there tech support.
I have since switched to http://www.obd-2.com/

Message: Yeah, after talking with one of their tech support guys they told me that it infact DOESN'T change any parameters. Does anyone know of a program for my laptop that will interface with the OBD-II port? I don't feel like spending a whole bunch of money for one of those handheld tuners. Thanks Kowalski and canadatom.
