 Subject: Leaking rear seal trouble

Anyone have any trouble with leaking rear transmission seal? I just replaced the rear seal on my 98 R/T last week and it is already leaking again. I used a Mopar seal...maybe that was my problem. I don't have a damaged/bent drive shaft that I could see. Anyone else have any rear transmission seal problems?

did you do it or a repair shop? did you follow the proceedure spelled out in the Dak shop manual, there is more then just ripping out the old on and puttin in the new.

I did it myself, and it is cake...there isn't much too it. I can't count the rear tranny seals I have replaced. They don't usually come back leaking though.
