The best method I've used to contact people who apparently don't want to be contacted is to do a domain lookup. Here is their information. You might get transferred around a bit, but you can usually, eventually, talk to someone you need to.

I emailed that website a while ago inquiring on some parts. When I asked why I couldn't find a number on the site, the response was that the best way and only way to contact them is through email. I was disappointed because you couldn't just call and order what you needed. You had to mail everything in with your payment. Hope this helps.
