 Subject: Tranny problem

I parked my 02 DAK, 4.7, auto. for a week while on vacation. When I drove it for the first time when I camr back the transmission seemed stuck in low for about the fisrt 1/4 mile. Anyone else have simailar experiences. Seems to me I've read this before, but this is a first for me. Any input? Thnaks

Yup had the same problem in my '01 CC 4x4 you want to check the LR Pressure Switch. If you take this to a dealer they may not find a problem insist they pull the full code history from the PCM that's the only way my dealer found out the problem...

Thanks GenIII. I'll have them check it out. Was it covered by warranty? if not, what did the dealer soak you for repair? I know I saw some similar postings some time ago, but couldn't find anything from search. Thanks for the update!
