Well my oil pressure gauge is usally right at the line by the high side but every now and then going down the highway or at redlights it goes to the mark where it starts reading low pressure.Most of the time its sounds like the gauge going bad because when i give it gas the gauge doesnt move but then sometimes it does go up making me think its not the gauge thats bad....need help gotta a show to go to and its 4 hours away

First, I'd replace the oil sender unit. If that
doesn't help, remove the sender and install a
manual guage for testing only.
