While attending Chrysler Nationals, I noticed the cowl hoods on 5.9 Daks and Rams had functional boxes and filters over the throttle bodies, much like nascars. Where can these be purchased? Thank You!

Those are probably one-off's. But don't worry, if it's a hit at a show, somebody will be making them soon. Cowl hoods are usually available within months of a vehicles release if the market demands it (like with Dak's and Ram's), so it's just a matter of finding a supplier for your airbox.
Now if you REALLY can't find one, you could have one made. For that, I'd recommend a custom stereo shop that does fiberglass enclosures. Be warned, it won't be cheap & probably won't work any better than your factory piece. But it'll sure look nice.
