This Jonas guy posts messages here sometimes.
I recommend to never send money or arrange a purchase from anyone on a message board, unless you can do the transaction in person. In some cases, there have been teams of people working together to sucker unsuspecting people out of their hard earned cash. They come with legitimate looking web pages, have tons of positive feedback (from their buddies), several cronies who verify their business, and the list goes on. Jonas is just one of those types. Jonas probably is not his real name, however, someone still uses that alias. I would just chalk it up to a hard lesson learned. If you made your purchase with a credit card then you may have some recourse through the Visa/Mastercard/American Express people.
