Subject: rear defrost pulled IP: Logged
Message: My 1st post to the boards.
One of my kids pulled the rear defrost wire away from the rear window. It came completely off, can it just be reattached with glue or something.
Thanks for the help.

Message: Aren't these kind of fragile? My first thought would be whether it will still work properly after so much abuse. I've had too many cars where a line or two doesn't work.

Message: might be better to go to a boneyard and get a replacement. then smack the crap outa the kids for messing with it in the first place, but not in that order neccesarily.

Message: I just wanted to say that I tried all the usual auto parts places, original Dodge Dealer, NAPA, Advance Auto Parts, MoPar, O'Reilly's, Automotive Electric. None of them had it. Called a automotive glass place and they had Loctite conductive glue. I paid 16.99, but I found it online for 9.99. oh well.
