if you gotta ask that type of question it usually means two things:
1 you do not have very much mechanical experience
2 it most like would be over your head due to condition 1

It's not too hard, but it's worth having an experienced mechanic do it. Screw it up and the airbag could go off in your face. It's no more than a 3 hour job for the dealer.

There will be a tab you have to pull to unlock the clockspring
after you have it mounted and the steering wheel installed.
MAKE SURE that the wheels are are straight ahead before pulling
this tab to unlock the clockspring.
