i have the stampede pkg on my 04 club cab.i ordered this truck.it is 4.7 5 speed auto with 3.92 posi rear,4 wheel discs,sway bars f&r.truck ran a 14.87 and 14.90 at our local track street legal fri night show.it goes great handles great also.this is my third dak since 97.i think they finally got it right.truck is dead stock at this point with only 6000 miles.i am amassing parts at present for exhaust and suspension.

OK,
Let him enjoy his 30 seconds of fantasy. I read that early this AM and almost fell out of my chair laughing. I have a CC, 4.7L, 5 speed, 3.92's/Trak Loc with several MODS to include Mickey Thompson ET Streets and I just click mid 14's. And I don't have all the extra weight of the Dodge X-treme, err, Stampede package on my truck. In fact it is nearly 400 #'s lighter than a regular Club Cab.

I've run a 14.9 w/my Tazzo (same as Gtech) - does that count? lol,,, I'm willing to bet I could run damn near a 15.0 sec. qtr. - especially after replacing a few sensors. I can walk away from my friend in his Hemi/RC - course he isn't a pro.driver,,but good reference anyway.

Ken,its a 5 speed automatic. Also back to my earlier point about BS 14.8, the thing is'nt even broken in yet and getting those times hmmmmm??!!
