 Subject: Westin CC Installs-- Pics Anyone?

All-
I have searched the forums here and haven't seen the answer I'm seeking. I ordered a set of Westin Nerf Bars for my 2003 Club Cab 4X4 Dakota. The pictures shown on the Westin site appear to make them sit further away that I think I'd like. But it may be the camera angle they took them from too possibly. I have read that POSSIBLY if I leave off the center support bracket I can get them tighter to the body?! Yes? No?
Anyone here have pics of their CC installs (don't care if they are pics of chrome or black.. just looking for pics) Or anyone install them and do anything Different than just bolt them up as per Westin Instructions?
I don't have a body lift or anything of that nature.. as I know that will make a difference.
Any help is appreciated.

I wish I had pics, unfortunately the digital cam money paid for the bars. They actually barely protrude beyond the outtermost point of the doorline at all on my Quad. They hang kind of low from the body vertically but if you're looking in a straight line at the side of the truck they're pretty much flush, or even a tiny bit recessed. I've actually been thinking about ways to modify them to sit out further.
