Alright my problem is that my passenger seat will not fold forward. I have taken the seat out and examined the mechanism to no conclusion as to the exact problem. Anybody have experience with this?

I have experienced this very problem twice with my 1995. It even happened while the truck was under warranty (one time)! Of course after the warranty expired I wasnt going to pay to replace the seat so I examined the mechanism. I found that if the mechanism is not lubricated adequately the spring in the mechanism cannot move the locking teeth out of the main slide. I took a can of white lithium spray lubricant and coated the entire mechanism. Problem gone. Of course, nothing on my seat had broken. Hope this helps...
