Hello,
I just purchased an atlantic blue 04' Dakota Quad cab and would like to find out if there are any door/belt line moldings available to help prevent door dings? I did get a P/N 5FX95DX9AB and 5EA50DX9AB from the dealer. These need to be painted though and that can cost around $150. Do you any of you know if they are available in body color, P/N? Are there any aftermarket moldings, that look good, available. I really want to stay with a body color or even a black to match the mirrors would work.
I did do a search but only found 1 message and there were no specifics. Any suggestions?

I just got a 04' V8 Club cab Dakota,and the side moldings are an option for $75.They are all black in color,no matter the truck color.

Thanks for the info. The moldings are more than 75.00 so I am not sure which ones you got, do you have a p/n? The above part numbers I listed are incorrect, they are for a club cab. The parts guy did find some that fit the quad but they are not cheap and I get cost plus 10%. I ordered them and I'll just have to see what I get. What a hassle for something so easy and common on most vehicles.
