Subject: Rear area click IP: Logged
Message: Recently I've been hearing a click type of sound from the rear end area when I'm slowing after making a turn. I hear it mostly when I'm in a drive-thru close to a wall.
I can't figure out if it's suspension, brakes or rear diff. Any ideas. It's an 03 Quad Cab with limited slip.

Message: Billy Bob,
Read this earlier post "45K Broken Traklok Retainers on this board posted by Webtiger. My quad was making a clicking noise like you have discribed when making turns. That is what prompted me to change the differential lube. When I pulled off the cover, metal was stuck to the bottom of the housing magnet. Better get it checked.
