In late 2002 I bought my new Dak... My main desire was to have 4x4, auto, limited slip and 3.92 gears. I found an SLT+ (2003) which fit the bill. I really wanted the overhead computer, power seat and infinity speaker system but could not find one with 3.92's that fit the bill.

I was torn on CC vs Quad. The Dak which best fit my requirements happened to be a CC. I thought the extra bed length would be more useful than 4 doors... I was wrong. The CC is simply too cramped to carry adults. I finially decided to trade in my beautiful 2003 CC on a 2004 Quad. I found one which had everything I wanted and then some. I wish I had not settled for less than I wanted when I bought the CC...

I did ok on the deal ($49 over invoice though Costco) and got what I wanted for my trade in.

You can imagine what invoice is on this '04 Quad, 4x4... It's a very nice ride though.

I've been in that boat. I went from a '99 CC to a '02 QC, which was an even bigger jump than you had because of two main reasons: First, Dodge completely redid the interior for 2000 and later, and two, I went from the 3.9 V6 to the 4.7 V8.

And I never looked back.
