This looks like the 3.5 liter 24-valve V6 Chrysler used in the LH-series a few years ago.

Don't all Dodge engines more or less have a Hemi head design. They are not true Hemi's anymore but close (i.e 4.7L).
Just like Nissan engines are Hemi's too but Dodge copyrighted the Hemi term.

And the 3.5 is still in production.

the motor in question on ebay is nothing but a prowler motor the LH motor is a cast iron block motor the ad reads all alum.
