Has anybody used CarQuest ball joints?
They are made in USA and have grease fittings.
Any opinions?

They are probably Moogs re-boxed for Carquest, or Moogs put in a Carquest box at the factory. Carquest does this a lot, find the best MFG for parts and put them in a Carquest box.

mrhino,

why the blue box and not the red box? Is the part in the blue box better? stronger?

yes the ones in the blue box are moog. the ones in the red box are the cheap ones TRW, or what ever is the cheapest at the time. carquest usally has two lines on everything belts, filters, ignition, and so on. One is a qualty name brand reboxed in blue package and the other is just a cheap replacement. It's to keep pace with the autozone, and advance stores.
