Went to this site and found pricing information on the new Dakota. An 05 Dak Laramie Quad Cab 4WD is gonna be 40K, thats nuts. I'd rather get a Hemi powered Ram if im talking 40K. Anyway, heres the site. http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2004/07/15/204041.html Hurry up DC and come out with the SRT-8 Dak. SUPERCHARGED HEMI WITH A MANUAL!!!!

Notice the WINDSOR, ON at the beginning...it's Canadian. Therefore, let's figure these amounts are all in Canadian currency.
So now the 05 Dak Laramie Quad Cab 4WD is gonna cost $29,787.34. Of course, I'm not sure if Canadians jack their prices up either so I'd say that's still a rough estimate. Either way, I'm not a fan of the 05 Dakotas since they don't even offer a regular cab which I personally think is stupid.

I didn't like the look of the reg cab daks, plus I got dogs and I wanted subs so I went with the extended cab. No reason for the extension if you don't need it. Yea the '05 look different. They went with that big front end that they did to the Rams awhile back. I liked the sportier look than the big rig look.

I remember back in 99 they had over 20 % of the market.
What I don't like about this truck (and its not about the Hemi) is there not a optional off-road deal and of course the 4x4's have lost an additional approch and departure angles.
