Why is everyone always comparing the Dakota to F150s and Siverados? They are not even the same class of truck. Dakotas are a mid size and the Ferd and Chebbies are full. Just wondering ????/

Horsepowers are close to equivilant, tow capacitys are close, Ford offers no direct comparison, Chevy only offers the Colorado which if you've seen one reminds me of a Chevette inside with it's cheap interior. Other than that no reason I don't reckon..
I say buy what you like/can afford and call it a day..

Personally I think all the new GM products are junk.I used to be GM all the way but they started getting worse and worse. I have only had a couple of Fords. A 64 pick up I had for work smoked like hell but otherwise ran good. a 72 Ranchero it was actually a preety good car. and a 90 van also pretty good but I keep coming back to Dodge
