Message: I had to take my Dakota in today to have the water pump replace and the clock spring recall taken care of. First off, I wasn't happy about my water pump going out at 33,000 but it's under warranty so no big deal. Well they told me it would take about 3 hours, so 4 hours into it I asked them how long. Their reply was we're finishing some stuff on the recall another hour.
2 hours later I ask what the hold up is and they tell me they accidentally put a hole in my radiator and had to find another one, they finally took one out of a new Dak sitting on the lot. They knew about the hole in the first hour, but tried to fix it with stop leak and not tell me, but it didn't work. I don't mind them putting a hole in my radiator, what pissed me off was them trying fix it halfassed and not telling me. Who can I call or write to complain about this?

Message: I personally would start right at the top and find the owner of the dealership and chew HIS ASS out for having such nickel/dime idiots working for him, I have done it a time or two and it does get results ASAP!

Message: Scott,
If you call 1-888-4-A-DODGE they will connect you to a department that will formally record this complaint. They will generate a file number. I know because I've actually done this.
I would go right to the top(whoever runs the dealership) and complain. I've actually done this too, with very good results.

Message: I tried to go to the owner of the dealership, but the service manager would only tell me his name, but wouldn't give me any contact info. I guess he was trying to save his own ass. This dealership is Jenkins Chrysler in Keyser, WV. After I found out what they did, I made sure every person that went in there while I was there knew what kind of service department they had. They lost a couple customers today, but I want someone that can do something about it to know.

Message: The BBB is a joke. They dont do anything and they have no power to do anything either. I think they cause more problems for businesses than they fix.

Message: I would find the next closest Dodge Dealership, talk with their Service Manager, find out who the Mopar Service rep is in your area and talk with them about this concern. Plus call Mopar and file a complaint about this dealer.
