possible short in heater circuit of O2
sensors or open/dirty connection at or near
computer.
Disconnect battery negative.
Then disconnect and inspect all connectors to
computer and harnesses in and around it.
If you don't find the problem there
check harnesses closer / or at O2 sensors
Seems like you may have 4 or 5 sensors to
check out!!

oilerzman - Sounds like both of your upstream O2 sensors are shot,,,or the connections. If it's the sensors I hope you don't have a 4.7 cause I can't even get ANY kind of wrench on my passenger side one,,,pisses me off. I lucked out and both of my post cats are fried - el simultors for me!
If you need simms I would suggest here:
www.O2simulators.com = $25,,as opposed to say $130 from Fastman,,,or $80 a piece for the real things.
