Subject: Stalled on the freeway IP: Logged
Message: 99 Dakota V6, 105,000mi.
I'm driving down the freeway tonight and, gone...my engine stalls.
It'll turn over, has gas, but will not catch.
Ignition?
Fuel Pump?
I had the 90k service before the warranty ran out, so the plugs should be fine.
Any ideas that are frequent to this model/mileage?

Message: Could be lots of things. Probably nothing dramatic like a broken cam. My first thought is a bad fuel pump. It pumps fuel, but not enough pressure to operate the injectors correctly.

Message: Check ASD relay and wiring in and around the
underhood fusebox and harness back to firewall.
Look for a splice of 3 to 4 wires = probably bad
Chryco did a poor job on this..
