IF your truck has grease fittings
on the ball joints and tie rod ends
they are what would be lubed..
Most NEWER vehicles do NOT..
Unless fitted with aftermarket parts...

Check for grease fittings under the front end. My '99 2WD only had fitings for the steering components. Later after too many trips down a wash-board dirt road, I had to replace all the ball-joints with after-market types. These have fittings!
