Yes they are - all emissions controls are. But I'm not sure if they're 5 yrs/50K or 8 yrs/80K, which is what catcons are good for. I suspect O2 sensors are only 5 yrs/50K.

It's normal wear items like spark plugs that aren't included; the oxygen sensors should be.

so, i put a brand new one in(mopar) cost at 160.00, put it in and truck wont even start, i had to push in accelerator to start and it wont stay running. cleared the computer and same thing now i'm getting a total of 4 codes instead of the one. so i left it in and unplugged it, runs alright but fuel consumption is outrageous...
