 Subject: Steering column problem

I've searched the archives as best I could and have not found anything close to what I need help with. I didn't search all of them though. I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota and the steering column tilt lever has broke. I am trying to find information on fixing this. Any websites or quick help would be greatly appreciated.

lose speedometer, overdrive,and fault indicators come on in all positions but one when moving tilt

I have a 2002 and recently had the same problem. Ive searched EVERYTHING looking for a diagram to see if maybe a spring needs to be replaced. Ive asked the parts people at the dealership and they couldnt help.
Would like to both info on this, parts and repair.
