ok, dumb question. Just bought a used 02. How can i tell if the cd player is a multi disk player. There is no cd changer, but this is a custom built from the factory truck with no owners manual to speak of.

Best way is to take the radio out and inspect the rear and wires for any extra plugs. If you have extras then most likely they are for the CD changer control.

My 02 cc has a stock cd player in it. It is a single disc, but it does have changer controls. On the 1 and 5 buttons used to change the presets, there is are arrows and commands to change the discs in the changer. Hope this helps
