Message: I thought there was a secondary fuse in the engine compartment that might have blown. I know there is a whole box of big fuses on the driver's side engine compartment. You might try there. It's an idea (maybe one you've already thought of).

Message: I'll check my FSM tonight to try to answer both questions. I believe the 12V outlet is switched off the ignition, so it will be dead with the key off. It is fused.

Message: OK. The power windows run off a 30A circuit breaker in fuse cavity #2. The locks run off a 20A fuse, #5. The point they have in common is off the wiring to the left door window switch. Trace the wires from the switch back toward the electrical connector. You may have a loose plug or damaged wire there. Trace the wires from the lock switch, also. They meet the wires from the window switch, have a common feed.
The cigar lighter socket feeds off Fuse #9, 15A, and that runs off the ignition circuit. So it IS off with the key off.

Message: The cigar lighter still works. It's the other accessory plug that is out. It doesnt work off the ignition. I would leave the cell phone charging overnight on it. Being an OLD-FAT (61+/ 225+) boy it gets kinda tough getting under the dash of a Dak. Thanks for the reply Bob...
