Subject: Correct Lug Nuts
IP: Logged

Message:
So, I've searched the archives and still can't figure out what the correct size lug nuts I need to replace all 24 I've somehow misplaced after cleaning out my garage. These are(were) for the stock 16x8 wheels. Would like to get from a parts store or whatever, but I'm not sure what part number or size to get. Thread size, length etc. Can someone help me out here?
Thanks...
Woody

Why don't you drive to a store, remove one and walk in with it?

He can't walk into a store with one, because they are gone... hence his need to buy a set.

I dunno what year yours is, and I didnt save the box, but I bought some from PepBoys - Rallye brand. Maybe they can look it up in a book for you and send you home with the right ones. You'll have to buy 6 four-packs or a 20-pack w/ lockers and a 4 pack. I did the latter. Also a new lug wrench since the funky one on my '98 wont fit "normal" lugnuts.

Thats OK guys, I guess I'll set out to research a little further. I think they are 1/2" x 20 which would be the same as ones used on older Ram and Dakotas also. Thanks for the help though.
