What's up with you all slamming people. Get a freakin life. You all are the most negative people I have ever seen. Bottom line is, it doesn't make a d*** what you all think. Each and everyone's truck is different. Your truck may benefit from this or that, and mine might benefit from whatever. I know most mods are just thoughts in people heads and trying to calculate your mileage from mileage/gallons isn't exactly accurate, but from my fillup tickets I have gone from around 14.67MPG to 16.XX MPGs every fillup and I drive the same exact route back and forth to base everyday. So you all can say whatever you want but it works for me and that is the bottom line. You know if you all would concentrate all of your negativety into trying what works for other people, maybe 50% of you all would see a difference. And by the way for all of you smart a**es, do you want me to scan every single one of my fillup tickets and send them to you? I can show you the ones before and after using this Gas Treatment as well as all of the ones after using this Gas Treatment to my homebrew intake. Yes the Gas Treatment gave me the extra MPG and power and yes the intake didn't give me squat for MPG but also gave me extrea power. There's your proof. There's your hard evidence. None of you can't back anything up against this. Also "DUDE" I know you're just trying to be cute, but I will also send you plenty of pics of my bad a** paint after using Zaino. So any takers? the statement you make is a little hard to believe; you have to admit that. and as great as it would be to get 2mpg extra out of our trucks from a bottle I think you are missing the point a lot of the veterans of this board have tried to tell you.

I also get anywhere from 13 mpg to 22 (highway only). I also drive a mix of highway and city to work everyday. I also "get on it" when I feel the need.

I have a very similar truck, 4.7 quad 4x4.
One thing you are not considering is that our truck have computer that controls the injection.
it sets different variables for altitude, humidity, load and so on. the computer can be set to "learn" and takes approximately 50 miles of driving to set to the new variables. under normal circumstances it takes much more (500 I think) to change the settings. The point is that some of what the other posters are saying may have some bearing on your increased mileage. What you did or started doing different a month ago could just now be noticed.
If you want a scientific experiment (controlled) you need to have a "control". you could establish a "control" by not using the additive for your next tank. and if the mileage goes back down to where it was, then you may have a valid point about the increased mileage. on my current commute I am averaging 14.5 mpg, over the last 4 tanks. I will give the additive a try. I have been establishing my own "control" by using the same roads, and same traffic conditions for the last few tanks now. I am also looking to get my mileage around 16 mpg. (Unfortunately I think it will have to be a lighter foot that gets me there.)

on a side note, some of the guys that have responded to this thread "Mark" and "Kowalski" have been very helpful to me in the past. if you would read the posts you would see that there was some good info there. Keep in mind that you "tone" is very hard to interpret over text only. you seem to be very abrasive. (Try not being such a J@CK A$$ and more people will be willing to help you.) This post is not intended to flame you, but more to help you help us all.
We all have learned a great deal from each other by sharing our experiences.

Guaranteed every week someone asks how to get better mileage or has some new muffler or tornado thingy they think (or hope) will get them better mileage. You are not breaking new ground with this topic.

All of that aside, I say welcome to the best Dakota forum and I look forward to your next post.
