I am still having starting problems, at first i think on battery but it was changed, after that all problems seems are gone but now appears again. When I put on "start" I hear a quickly tac-tac-tac-tac but the voltmeter seems not falling down. I thing a problem on field current of the starter, any other idea?

Sounds like the solenoid is bad... its the piece that pushes the starter gear into alignment with the flywheel... time for a new starter... pull hte starter out and get it tested at autozone...they do it for free... even if you dont buy one from them...

Too far from Autozone, i live in Chile...
the tack-tack-tack noise seem to be the solenoide tring to get it but i can't hear the motor turning on. Some time ago I had a problem with the solenoid on a Izusu car and what I hear was a "zummmmmm" of the electrical motor running on void and actually that time the solenoide was dead.
