I just bought an 04 that came with a free under-rail Mopar bedliner. I haven't taken it out yet, but the dealer explained how:
1: On mine, there are only two of those plastic push-pin things near the tailgate (one on each side)...they may actually screw on, I'm not sure. Anyhow, take those out.
2: Then with the tailgate down, lift the cover from the rear(by tailgate) bottom center. Supposedly the cover will flex and bow, causing the liner to drop down on the sides, making it possible to slide / lift it out.
Don't know if your's is like this or not, but hope this helps. Again, I haven't tried it myself.
