They may, or may not notice...but a Supercharger isn't just a simple "Bolt On and remove" when you go to the dealer. There's the fuel pump, the injectors (if you replaced them with larger ones), the FMU, the brackets, etc.
As for the MSD System, the Digital-6+ is the #1 choice but a standard MSD-6 w/Boost Timing Retard will work as well.

The Magnusson-Moss Act protects you from dealers who want to void your warranty for anything that's not "stock" on a vehicle. Just because a Supercharger is installed, doesn't mean that this caused the problem. They have to show proof of how the S/C caused the problem and/or if it's related. However, for the not-so-technical people who just want to have more power, the dealer can/will void your warranty...but only for the system(s) affected by the aftermarket part(s).
Know your rights and have the information ready to show the dealers if they cause you any grief.
