I just purchased a 2002 CC Rt. It did not come with a owners manual so I have a few questions. 93 octane is the norm right??? whats the best kind of oil to put in. Also, without spending alot of money what would b the best way to put some more HP in it???

Dont wast your money on 93 octane. The 5.9 is tuned to run on 87. As far as oil, go with synthetic of your choice. Also change the rear diff w/synthetic. And whatever ya do, dont as the amsoil guy what brand to use. As far as mods, free up the breathing with a good K&N filter system. Start with these and you should be plenty happy to start with.

I agree with the idea of a K&N FIPK Gen 2. The throttle response in great. I wouldn't go with a superchip though, I am not very impressed with mine. I dunno if diablo makes one for the RT but my friend has one for his lightning and it has way more user options. Headers and exhaust give it a way better sound. I didn't notice much of a power difference from those though. I put monroe reflex shocks on the rear recently to help with traction, they are great! I also just ordered some Nitto 450 275/50/17 today and hope to have them by next week. Those are my 2 cents. Hope is helps.
