I'm about ready to buy the 3-piece smoke bug/hood deflector for my '04 Quad and just want y'alls opinions on that...I looked at a bunch of pics and didn't see too many with deflectors on them so just don't wanna make a mistake by putting one on and then wishing I hadn't...BUT, summer's almost here in Texas and bugs galore WILL be slamming against the hood and stuff and kinda feel it would help in that way as well as look good...Thanx fer any input folks, Marty

I have a Lund one piece smoke colored bug deflector on my '03 Dakota. I recommend them.

If you got bugs then by all means get a deflector it is a question of function not looks mine works great havent delt with sticky bug guts since it was installed

I've got the Mopar 3pc., and just run the centre (painted body color) when on the hi-way, around town: no deflector.
